Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

2.  I'm moving. What should I do?

Freedom Residential service is available through out the Southeastern United States, you can move virtually anywhere in this area and keep all the same Freedom features and benefits you already enjoy. Contact Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 to request a transfer of service.

3.  Can I prevent someone in my home from placing 900/976 calls?

YES. In fact this block is automatic with Freedom Communications phone service.

4.  Can I change the name on my account? Can I modify my billing address?

Yes, you can change the name on your account and modify the billing address. Please contact Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 to initiate these changes, or email us and we will follow up with you with in one business day.

5.  Is there a charge to make a change to my account?

Yes, there is sometimes a charge to make a change to your account so please contact Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 to identify these charges, or email us and we will follow up with you with in one business day.

6.  How do I change my Long Distance carrier?

Freedom Communications telephone service is a bundled product that combines both your local and long distance calling to save you money. Selection of another long distance carrier is not available at this time.

7.  How do I change my directory listing to Unlisted or Non-published? How much does that cost?

Contact Customer at 1-877-739-9900 if you wish to change your directory listing to Unlisted or Non-published. Fees vary, but the average is $5 per month, contact Customer Care for details.

8.  How do I add or remove features from my account?

Freedom's phone packages are uniquely designed to offer preset groups of features or call packages. View our packages here. If you have any questions please contact Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 to initiate these changes, or email us and we will follow up with you with in one business day.
