Why is my first month bill so high?
Your first six bills may be higher than subsequent bill due to activation charge; also there may be a one time charge of $10.00 to activate your international calling plan. (Charge for international rates is $10.00) (Activation fee for new service is $60.00, paid with first six months of invoices)
Your bill should be about the same amount every month thereafter (your selected plan rate plus taxes and regulatory fees) if you do not go over your monthly plan limits, if any, for long distance. There is an additional per-minute charge for domestic long distance of 5 cents / minute and country and termination specific charges for all international long distance calls as well as per-use charges for Directory Assistance.

How long before my service is converted over to Freedom Communications USA after I place my order?
Your service will be converted over with in 1 to 7 business days.

Will I experience any interruption in service when I switch my current service to Freedom Communications?

Can I receive Collect Calls?
Freedom does not currently offer the acceptance of Collect calls. Freedom offers the option to add an 800 number to your account for friends and family to use for emergencies.

Do you have other payment options (Credit Card or Checking Account withdrawal)?
We offer several payment options for your convenience.
No Fee Payment Methods
Mail in Payments: Check or Money Order.
Pay in Person: Cash, check, money order, or Credit Card.
Online Payments: Set you phone account up on our website then open your account to make a payment. Automatic Monthly Withdrawal: Automatic Withdrawal can be set up with credit card or active checking account. We do not pull Automatic Withdrawal from Savings Accounts. Please contact Customer Service at 877-739-9900, for additional information on setting up Automatic Withdrawal.Fee Based Payment Method: Payments can also be made by Money Gram at your local Wal-Mart or Money Gram vendor. Fee is based on Money Gram vendor location.

When is my payment consider to be late?
Your payment is late the day after it is due. Late fee does not apply to those residing in the state of Ohio. In the event your payment is going to be late, please contact Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 immediately to make arrangements. Freedom Communications pride's itself in great customer service, and with your help we are willing to work out an arrangement to assist you in the event such understanding is needed.

How can I make a referral to Freedom Communications USA?
You can have your friend or neighbor call Customer Care at 1-877-739-9900 or email us and we will follow up with them with in one business day. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY MENTION YOUR NAME AT THE TIME THEY SIGN UP FOR FREEDOM PHONE SERVICES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO RECIEVE A $10.00 REFERRAL CREDIT ONCE THEY PAY THEIR SECOND BILL, that person will have the same opportunity to recieve $10.00 if they also refer someone to our company.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals, and the credit I receive towards my billl?

It is likely the friend or neighbor whom you referred started service after your billing cycle ended, thus the credit will be on your next phone bill. I was referred to Freedom Communications through a friend but wanted to support one of your Association programs as well, is this possible?
Absolutely! Both your friend and the Organization or cause of your choice can benefit from your referral. In the case of your friend, they will receive the standard $10 credit on their next Freedom Invoice. In the case of your chosen organization, it will receive an initial donation of $5 to $10 then a monthly residual for as long as your service is active with our company. click here

Congratulations! Please contact customer care at 1-877-739-9900, and we will set up delivery of your Winnings via check, or directly to you. Return the winning card with the invoice to which you would like your prize.

Is it required to have or return a winning scratch card to claim a prize?
Yes, we require the winning card be surrendered to claim your prize.
